Load "Save Session with Audio"

Did a "Save Session with Audio" with 4 stereo loops.
Later I opened up a SL instance with one mono loop, then did a Load of the "Save Session with Audio" file.
The first loop was then still in mono and its Pan control acted strangely.
I guess the single mono loop should be overwritten by the four stereo loop saved in my "Save Session with Audio" file?
