SL sessions and Jack

SL and Jack work great together for me.
however - whenever a new session (with or without Audio) is loaded
into SL...one muzt always reconnect Jack with the new loaded
session in SL...or reload a saved session in Jack.
this is painful in a live setup fer me.
any solutions?
