It would be very useful to be able to automate loading of session files using standard Applescript Verbs instead of scripting with the GUI. I'm trying to get SL to load a session file and it's a real pain. Alternatively, it would also be easier to do this in applescript (I think), if SL would load a session file when it is double - clicked in the finder.

Agreed, I will look into binding the session files so the finder will try to start/notify the app.
