M-audio routing to headphones

Hi there
I'm not sure if anyone can help me with a routing issue.
I'm using an M-Audio Firewire 410 interface for audio and MIDI with a mac powerbook.
I've got Jack routing audio successfully from SL to the interface, but there's one issue:
Jack shows 10 playback receive ports - 8 line outputs and 2 s/pdifs. I can't seem to route to my headphone output!
Is there a trick?

PS. Thanks for the post showing how to set M-Audio as the output in Jack's preferences - it's not at all obvious to a beginner!
